Processing Times

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll do our best to communicate any unexpected delays.

Shipping Information

Orders ship from Houston, Texas, via USPS or another appropriate shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Anchored Studio TX is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are handmade or made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering errors, or personal preference.

However, we absolutely want you to receive the product you ordered in great condition!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We'll review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in transit, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out so we can help investigate the issue with the carrier.
